• GDPR (EU/UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — typically answered within 30 days.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete and correct your information, with no discrimination for exercising these rights.

Data may be processed in India or on certified cloud infrastructure in designated regions, using statutory safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers and DPDPA transfer rules.

We protect data with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access control and continuous vulnerability monitoring. Enquiry and account records are kept only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then securely deleted.

Our Services are not directed at individuals under 18. In line with the DPDPA, we do not knowingly onboard minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
